I manage the pre-production pipeline for Emmy award-winning series, Hamster & Gretel (created by Phineas & Ferb co-creator Dan Povenmire) — interfacing with six departments (design, storyboards, checking, timing, editorial, & writing). For each assigned episode, I breakdown every individual asset that will be needed. Once pre-production is finished, I ship all materials to third-party overseas animation studios, owning all relevant communications until post-production begins. I also correspond with our Legal team and Standards & Practices to clear design and story approvals. Arguably most important, I’m responsible for getting my friends and family into Disneyland for free.
