I led data analysis and reporting to track audience growth, engagement, and cross-platform integration for global Mattel brand accounts and partner campaigns. I was responsible for daily video metadata optimization and uploading, ensuring content reached its maximum potential. Additionally, I managed community engagement across global channels, crafting copy and interacting with audiences in each brand's unique tone of voice. It was a fun and rewarding experience, especially when I had the chance to channel Barbie’s personality in the comment section!
